·     Work closely with the project director and other members of the development team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and time-lines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

·     If needed, attend client meetings during the sales process and during development.

·     Work with clients and project director to build and refine graphic designs for websites.

·     Convert raw images and layouts into CSS/XHTML themes.

·     Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to the project director.

·     Communicate to the project director with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.

·     +2 years Website Design experience

·     Experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS

·     Knowledge and experience with asp.net

·     Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash

·     Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Desired but not required:

 

·     BS in graphic design, computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience

·     Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP

·     Experience with DotNetNuke

Indiana Ticket Company launches new website to sell tickets online

The Kern Creative Group has recently launched a new website for Indiana Ticket Company, a leader in ticketing solutions for business and organizations large and small.

Located in Muncie, Indiana, Indiana Ticket produces tickets that are non-regulated and routinely ship to all 50 states and dozens of countries worldwide. These products include event tickets, point-of-sale thermal tickets, reserved seating ticket books, reserved seating ticket sheets, roll tickets, sheet and strip tickets, redemption tickets, and wristbands.

For this website KCG created a custom design to reflect the new branding identity of Indiana Ticket and to emphasize purchasing the products online. KCG implemented a dynamic store administration to allow Indiana Ticket to fully manage their product line; including the ability to add new products and categories, as well as uploading new product photos and descriptions. KCG also implemented a detailed ordering system to correctly identify and calculate taxes and shipping for each of the 50 states.
